# Quên mật khẩu

Tại màn hình đăng nhập:

**Bước 1:** Bấm vào " Quên mật khẩu" màn hình hiển thị như sau:

**Bước 2:** Nhập đúng email hoặc số điện thoại đã đăng ký tài khoản trước đó

**Bước 3:** Bấm " Xác nhận" màn hình hiển thị như sau:

mã OTP đã gửi vào email của bạn

**Bước 4:** Nhập mã OTP vào ô nhập -> Bấm "Xác nhận" màn hình hiển thị như sau:

**Bước 5:**

* Nhập mật khẩu mới, gồm trên 6 ký tự
* Nhập lại mật khẩu: mật đúng với mật khẩu mới

**Bước 6:** Bấm "xác nhận" màn hình hiển thị như sau:

**Bước 7:** Bấm " Đồng ý" hiển thị màn hình "Đăng nhập"

* **Số điện thoại/ email** : Email/số điện thoại đã đẵng đăng ký
* **Mật khẩu:** Nhập mật khẩu vừa thay đổi
* **Ghi nhớ Tài Khoản** (không bắt buộc): chọn ghi nhớ tài khoản -> Tài khoản sẽ được lưu lại tại màn hình đăng nhập -> nếu trước đó bạn đã đăng xuất khỏi tài khoản

**Bước 8:** Bấm "Đăng nhập" Màn hình hiển thị như sau:
